We’re supposed to rock our careers, serve clients/patients/the company well, be great wives and moms, get food on the table, respond to work emails quickly, manage our homes, orchestrate quality time with extended family, help our kids bring elaborate party treats to school, manage social lives, and more – oh, AND look good while we’re doing it.
And yet, most of us were never taught how to juggle all the roles we play – and all the tasks that come with each role.
It's not surprising so many women feel overwhelmed.
But life doesn't have to feel overwhelming.
And you don't have to be naturally organized to live a life with more calm, confidence and clarity about how you spend your time.
Let me show you how. And, to make it more fun and educational, let's add some friends to the mix so we can learn from each other.
“I'm no longer overwhelmed, so I can enjoy each part of my day... whether it's replying to client emails or having a dance party with my daughter... I no longer spend time worrying about when I'll get things done because I know exactly when I do the things I do, which really allows me to enjoy ALL OF IT without worry.”
— Brenda Lomeli, CEO/Entrepreneur & Mom
“[Kelly’s method] was everything I hoped for and more, and I feel confident that this system will work so well for my family and business in the long run!”
– Kristen @DineandDish
** Note: Your schedule today during this pandemic will obviously look different than it will when life returns to normal. However, the principles you'll learn in this program apply just as equally to now as they will to when you get back to your normal life. They're flexible enough to apply to both now and then – and all other life phase changes you'll experience in your life. **
We'll get to know each other a bit to understand where everyone is coming from.
I'll then give you a sneak peek of how your new time management system will look at the end of this so you understand where we're going.
I'll then make sure you're all comfortable with the work you should do before our next session.
Our first steps will be to build your personal, family and high-level work Realistically Ideal Week in your Google Calendar, blocking out time for all of your activities so you get a visual understanding of how you spend your time and find time to build in the activities you want to enjoy.
And don't worry—I'll show you how to do it in a manageable way.
** Your schedule today during this pandemic will obviously look different than it will when life returns to normal. However, the principles you'll learn in this module apply just as well to this time. **
This will likely be the week that requires the most work outside of group session hours because we'll be setting up the system. It'll get easier from here on out!
Now for the career stuff!
We're going to finish building out your Realistic Ideal Week with your business activities.
We'll do this wherever you manage your work (Outlook or GSuite).
We'll also make sure you can see your work and personal calendars together if you'd like, typically in Apple's default Calendar app.
Now that you’ve built out your Realistically Ideal Week in your calendar, you’re going to build in time for one-off tasks/events/projects and learn how to adapt your Realistically Ideal Week to account for them.
By this week, you'll be a pro at using your calendar to create your game plan so you can focus on whatever is in front of you (without worrying you should be doing something else).
Now, it's time to employ planning sessions to make sure you're prioritizing and focusing on the right stuff. Each planning session will be built into your new schedule and come with agendas you’ll personalize so that you know exactly what you’re doing. They’re all fast, effective, and, yes, even fun.
We'll make sure everyone is feeling peachy about their new system and ready to rock. And then, because we'll all be best friends, perhaps we'll enjoy a glass of wine or tea together!
“This system really is gold - easy to understand, implement and see results immediately...”

"Being an entrepreneur, wife, and mom, my plate tends to fill up very quickly. Kelly helped me organize my calendar in a way that has truly eliminated so much overwhelm that I’d been experiencing in the past. I can now look at my week with confidence and joy, seeing everything organized and in it’s place. … [Kelly'll] save you time, money, and headaches - most of all, she’ll help you bring more freedom and balance into your work and life."
