A 6-week group program designed for the working woman to help you create clarity and confidence about how you manage all your personal, family and business roles without overwhelm
In this program, I'll walk you through and help you set up the same framework that works for my one-on-one clients of all different industries, backgrounds, personalities and preferences.
Together, we'll take you from overwhelmed to feeling peaceful confidence regarding what's on your plate, how you'll get it all done, and when you'll relax.
This program is a great fit for you if:
  • You're a professional working woman, such as a doctor, lawyer, nurse, educator, businesswoman, or accountant. This program is not for the entrepreneur (though I do have an online course designed just for you, which you can check out here)
  • You are up for managing your personal schedule in Google Calendar (which you can view in Apple's default Calendar app);
  • You manage your work schedule in either Google or Outlook (which, again, you can view in Apple's default Calendar app);
  • You are up to support your fellow group mates, share your wins and struggles, and keep everyone's shared stories and information confidential so we can all feel free to share our struggles to find solutions together; and
  • You're willing to put in the work for the next six weeks to build a system that will reduce your overwhelm, bring you clarity, and help you design and live out a life that lights you up for decades to come.

** Note: Your schedule today during this pandemic will obviously look different than it will when life returns to normal. However, the principles you'll learn in this program apply just as equally to now as they will to when you get back to your normal life. They're flexible enough to apply to both now and then – and all other life phase changes you'll experience in your life. **

What's included in the program?

This program runs for six weeks.
You'll receive video lessons to watch and implement each week (~1-2 hours each week starting after the first session).
** You'll have lifetime access to the videos, so if you have to focus on work or the rest of life one week, you can catch up at your own pace. **
We'll meet as a group each week (dates set out below) to work through any questions and issues that come up as a group. 
While I'd love to have you attend the live group sessions, I totally get life comes up and you may not be able to. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the program website. If you can't make a call live, that's okay – you'll have all recordings made available to you.

Week 1: Introduction & Sneak Peak

Meeting: Friday, April 3 – 12-1pm PST

We'll get to know each other a bit to understand where everyone is coming from. 

I'll then give you a sneak peek of how your new time management system will look at the end of this so you understand where we're going.

I'll then make sure you're all comfortable with the work you should do before our next session.

Week 2: Designing & Building Your Realistically Ideal Week - Starting with Your Personal & Family Activities

Meeting: Friday, April 10 – 12-1pm PST

Our first steps will be to build your personal, family and high-level work Realistically Ideal Week in your Google Calendar, blocking out time for all of your activities so you get a visual understanding of how you spend your time and find time to build in the activities you want to enjoy.

And don't worry—I'll show you how to do it in a manageable way.

** Your schedule today during this pandemic will obviously look different than it will when life returns to normal. However, the principles you'll learn in this module apply just as well to this time. **

This will likely be the week that requires the most work outside of group session hours because we'll be setting up the system. It'll get easier from here on out!

Week 3: Designing & Building Your Realistically Ideal Week - Your Professional Activities

Meeting: Friday, April 17 – 12-1pm PST

Now for the career stuff!

We're going to finish building out your Realistic Ideal Week with your business activities. 

We'll do this wherever you manage your work (Outlook or GSuite).

We'll also make sure you can see your work and personal calendars together if you'd like, typically in Apple's default Calendar app.

Week 4: Dealing with the One-Off Tasks, Events and Projects (Personal and Business)

Meeting: Friday, April 24 – 12-1pm PST

Now that you’ve built out your Realistically Ideal Week in your calendar, you’re going to build in time for one-off tasks/events/projects and learn how to adapt your Realistically Ideal Week to account for them.

Week 5: Planning Sessions - Where the Magic Happens

Meeting: Friday, May 1 – 12-1pm PST

By this week, you'll be a pro at using your calendar to create your game plan so you can focus on whatever is in front of you (without worrying you should be doing something else).

Now, it's time to employ planning sessions to make sure you're prioritizing and focusing on the right stuff. Each planning session will be built into your new schedule and come with agendas you’ll personalize so that you know exactly what you’re doing. They’re all fast, effective, and, yes, even fun.

Week 6: The Wrap UP

Meeting: Friday, May 8 – 12-1pm PST

We'll make sure everyone is feeling peachy about their new system and ready to rock. And then, because we'll all be best friends, perhaps we'll enjoy a glass of wine or tea together!
