My Group Program for Entrepreneurs 

This program is for 10 action-takers who are excited to put in the work for the next six weeks to build a system that will reduce your overwhelm, bring you clarity, and help you design and live out a life that lights you up for DECADES to come.
During these six weeks, we'll bring time management strategies to life in concrete, real ways. These strategies adapt with your life phases, so they'll serve you for years to come. 
You'll leave this program with new abilities to take control of your business hours and workload, focus on your business during work hours, be present and relax at home, see how all your personal, family and business activities interact, and have confidence and clarity about how you'll get everything on your plate done. 
You'll soon be going to bed proud of today and calm about tomorrow.

This program is a great fit for you if:

  • You're an entrepreneur (if you're a working professional, such as an attorney, doctor, businesswoman, or nurse, I'd love to have you join my group program for you here); 
  • You are up for managing your personal and business activities in Google Calendar and, if necessary, Outlook, both of which you can view in Apple's default Calendar app (and don't worry – I'll show you how to do this in a way that promotes clarity and communication, not overwhelm);
  • You are up to support your fellow group members, share your wins and struggles, and keep everyone's shared stories and information confidential so we can all feel free to share our struggles to find solutions together; and
  • You're an action-taker. You're excited to put in the work for the next six weeks to build a system that will reduce your overwhelm, bring you clarity, and help you design and live out a life that lights you up for decades to come.

What's included in the program?

  • Weekly Lessons
    • Starting after our first session, you'll receive weekly video lessons that'll teach you my method and help you bring it to life.
    • The lessons and implementation require about 2-3 hours of your time each week. Since they're on demand in your program portal, you can do them whenever it works for you.
    • You'll have access to the videos for one year, so if life happens one week, you can catch up at your own pace.
  • Weekly Group Sessions
    • We'll meet as a group each week on Wednesdays from 12-1pm PST / 3-4 ET from May 20 through June 24 to work through any questions and issues that come up.
    • While I'd love to have you attend the live group sessions, I totally get life happens and you may not be able to join. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the program portal. If you can't make a call live, that's okay – you'll have all recordings made available to you.
  • Email Support
    • It works best if you save your questions for group sessions as I promise you're not the only one with the question!
    • That said, I get that some issues can hold you up from proceeding, and I want you to be able to keep moving forward throughout the program. If you need help in between group sessions, I'm available via email. And if you don't want to type it all out, I'll show you how to record your screen and audio so you can walk me through the issue easily.

The Week-by-Week Breakdown

Week 1: Introduction & Sneak Peak

Meeting: Wednesday, May 20 – 12-1pm PST
  • We'll kick off the program by getting to know each other to understand where everyone is coming from. You'll be amazed at how familiar everyone's struggles are – you are not alone in struggling with this stuff!
  • I'll then give you a sneak peek of how we're going to get you to that calm clarity I keep talking about.

Week 2: Designing & Building Your Realistically Ideal Week - Starting with Your Personal & Family Activities

Meeting: Wednesday, May 27 – 12-1pm PST
  • We often underestimate or entirely overlook how much time our day-to-day activities take. This leads to running yourself ragged, unrealistic expectations and inevitable defeat. 
  • Let's change that. This week, we'll create the clarity around your personal and family activities. And don't worry—I'll show you how to do it in a manageable way.

Week 3: Designing & Building Your Realistically Ideal Week - Your Business Activities

Meeting: Wednesday, June 3 – 12-1pm PST
  • This week, we're going to build out your business calendar so it (not your brain) is in charge of telling you when to do all the things. This frees up your brain to bring its intellectual and creative A-game.
  • In addition, this week we're going to empower you to take control of how your work weeks run. Main goal: protect windows of focus time DURING work hours, so your work hours aren't consumed by calls and meetings, forcing you to consistently get the real work done at night or on weekends. This week is full of game-changers.

Week 4: Ditch the To-Do List. Ditch the Overwhelm.

Meeting: Wednesday, June 10 – 12-1pm PST
  • We'll walk through my 6-step process for managing the things that normally end up on a to-do list. 
  • Instead of to-do list defeat and scattered thoughts, my method allows you to create a realistic game plan for when everything will get done in a way that immediately reduces your overwhelm and provides clarity. It's my favorite part of this whole method!

Week 5: Planning Sessions - Where the Magic Happens

Meeting: Wednesday, June 17 – 12-1pm PST
  • By this week, you'll be a pro at creating your game plan so you can focus on whatever is in front of you (without worrying you should be doing something else).
  • Now, it's time to employ planning sessions to make sure you're prioritizing and focusing on the right stuff.
  • Each planning session will be built into your new system and comes with an agenda that you’ll personalize so that you know exactly what you’re doing – and when you're done!
  • They’re all – especially my weekly planning session – so effective and even fun. (Actually maybe this is my favorite part? Too many to choose from!)

Week 6: The Wrap Up

Meeting: Wednesday, June 25 – 12-1pm PST
  • We'll make sure everyone is feeling peachy about their new system and ready to rock!
