Kelly Nolan LLC's 8-Week The Bright Method™️ Time Management Program (January - March 2024)
The Agreement
Welcome! I am so excited you joined me for The Bright Method™️ time management program (“Program”). During the Program, we’ll work together to set up your new time and task management system so you can have calm confidence managing all of your roles.
Please read the following as you are agreeing to these terms by enrolling. If anything is unclear, please ask me to clarify by emailing me at [email protected].
This Agreement is entered into between you and Kelly Nolan LLC (“KN”). The Program in which you are about to enroll will include the following:
- Video lessons, with occasional worksheets and guides, to which you will have access for the life of my business.Â
- Eight group Zoom calls with Kelly Nolan and other clients who decide to join, which will be recorded and made available to you for three months from the last group session;
- Â Three 45-minute industry-specific Zoom breakout sessions (specifically, medical, legal, corporate, and business owners) with Kelly Nolan to allow you to discuss industry-specific time management challenges with others in your field;
- One 45-minute Zoom breakout call for moms (or women who are curious about motherhood, expecting moms, etc. – anyone is welcome!) with Kelly Nolan;
- A Facebook-group-like community hosted on Kajabi for the duration of the program, which will be removed one week after the program ends; and
- Email support from Kelly from when you purchase the program through to the end of the eight weeks of group sessions.Â
Program Cost
You understand that the cost of the Program is $2,997Â (or three payments of $999Â - one now, one automatically in 30 days, and one automatically in 60 days; or five payments of $599Â - one now, and the rest automatically every 30 days; or nine payments of $333 - one now, and the rest of the installments of $333 automatically every 30 days).
Payments will be processed through Kajabi, the course-hosting platform KN uses, and Stripe, the payment processing platform KN uses.
Program Fit
In order to make sure the Program serves all people involved, KN reserves the right to inform you before or during the Program that the Program is not the right fit for you. If that happens, KN will help you find another way to work with KN or offer you a full refund.
Zoom Calls
Group calls will be hosted on Zoom. Attending the group calls will help you get the most out of the program, but I understand that life happens, so you can watch the replay once it is posted on the Kajabi site. KN recommends watching within 24 hours of the session so you’re clear on the material covered and what to do next.
Breakout sessions will also be hosted on Zoom. They are typically recorded and made available. However, if only one or two people show up to the industry breakout calls, those sessions tend to become more personal, and we reserve the right not to make those sessions available to you to protect the privacy of those who attended the call.
If you know you can't make a Zoom session but you have questions you'd like addressed, you are more than welcome to email KN and we can bring your questions up during the call. We'll always at least make the sections addressing those pre-submitted questions available to you.
Refunds
If you are not happy with the program after the first group call, email [email protected] requesting a refund within 24 hours after that call, and we will issue you a full refund. After that time, KN does not offer any refunds for this Program.

 Kelly will do her best to respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.Â

KN’s Intellectual Property Rights & Your Agreement Not To Use KN’s Method Beyond Personal Use
Regarding the methods used and the video lessons and documents provided to you throughout the course of the Program, KN maintains all copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of KN to you.
You additionally agree not to share, use, or teach KN's time management method or any part thereof to any other person in any format, including but not limited to a workshop, book, course, program, app, or anything similar, without prior written approval from KN. In light of the difficulties in estimating the damages if you do share or teach this material to any other person, you agree to pay KN liquidated damages of $3,000 (the full cost of this program) per person with whom you share KN's time management method or any part thereof.
Attorney
While Kelly Nolan is an attorney, you understand that Kelly Nolan is not your attorney.
Confidentiality
Part of our work together may become very personal. Please know that, unless you give permission otherwise, KN will not disclose our working relationship or information KN acquires during the Program in a manner that could be tied to your identity, unless as required by law or where a situation poses harm to KN or to others.
KN also strives to foster a safe and confidential space within the Program. You agree to keep confidential the names of the other participants in the Program and the information they share during the course of the Program. If you do not, KN reserves the right to remove you from the Program without a refund.
That said, KN cannot be held responsible for actions taken by other Program participants within or outside of the Program.
Additional One-On-One Support
KN strives to support you in significant ways throughout the Program without you needing to invest further in one-on-one sessions. However, if you would like more in-depth, personalized one-on-one work, you have the option to purchase one-on-one sessions with Kelly Nolan at a rate of $200/hour. You may schedule these sessions via the link in the Program Kajabi portal.Â
When you make such an appointment, KN reserves that time for you and forgoes the ability to meet with other clients or give a presentation to an organization during that time. You may, therefore, reschedule these sessions up to 24 hours ahead of the start time. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, KN will retain 50% of the fee. It is in KN's sole discretion to waive this fee.
Insurance
KN carries insurance. Please feel free to ask to see proof of insurance.
Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate services at any time. If you terminate the services outside of the refund period addressed above, you remain responsible for the full cost of the program. If KN terminates the relationship, she will provide you with a refund for any part of the program not completed that otherwise has been paid for in advance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information, education, and coaching provided to you by KN under this Agreement are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or representations express, implied or statutory; including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, no such warranties are created by a course of deal, course of performance, or trade usage.Â
Governing LawÂ
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

KN believes in open communication. If unclear about methods used or dissatisfied with results of any session, please let KN know how your experience can be improved. Feedback is welcome!
