6-Week Group Program for Entrepreneurs
The Agreement
Welcome! I am so excited to have you join me for my six-week group program (“Program”). During the next six weeks, we’ll work together in a group training setting to set up your new time and task management system so you can go from overwhelmed to having calm confidence in managing all your roles.
Please read the following as you are agreeing to these terms by enrolling. If anything is unclear, please ask me by emailing me at [email protected].
This Agreement is entered into between you and Kelly Nolan LLC (“KN”). The Program in which you are about to enroll will include the following:
- Weekly video lessons, with occasional worksheets and guides; and
- Six 1-hour group Zoom calls with Kelly Nolan and other clients who decide to join.
Program Cost
You understand that the cost of the Program is $497 (or two payments of $270, one now and one automatically in 30 days). Payments will be processed through Kajabi, the course-hosting platform I use.
In order to make sure the Program serves all people involved, I reserve the right to inform you before or during the Program that the Program is not the right fit for you. If that happens, I will help you find another way to work with me or offer you a full refund.
Zoom Calls
Group calls will be hosted on Zoom. You do not need to purchase Zoom to attend and can use the free version. Attending the group calls will help you get the most out of the program, but I understand that life happens, so you can watch the replay once it is posted on the Kajabi site. I recommend watching within 24 hours of the session so you’re clear on the material covered and what to do next.
Refunds
If you are not happy with the program after the first group call, email [email protected] requesting a refund within 24 hours of the first group call. After that time, KN does not offer any refunds for this Program.

If you have any questions outside of the Zoom group calls, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for responses. Messages sent after 4pm will typically be responded to the following day.
Intellectual Property Rights
Regarding the methods used and the video lessons and documents provided to you throughout the course of the Program, KN maintains all copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of KN to you.
Attorney
While Kelly Nolan is an attorney, you understand that Kelly Nolan is not your attorney.
Confidentiality
Part of our work together may become very personal. Please know that, unless you give permission otherwise, KN will not disclose our working relationship, our projects, or information she acquires during the Program, unless as required by law or where a situation poses real harm to KN or to others.
KN also strives to foster a safe and confidential space within the group. That said, KN cannot be held responsible for actions taken by other clients within or outside of the Program.
Insurance
KN carries insurance. Please feel free to ask to see proof of insurance.
Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate services at any time. If you terminate the services, you remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination. If KN terminates the relationship, she will provide you with a refund for any part of the program not completed that otherwise has been paid for in advance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information, education, and coaching provided to you by KN under this Agreement are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or representations express, implied or statutory; including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are there any warranties created by a course of deal, course of performance or trade usage.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in San Diego County, California.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

KN believes in open communication. If unclear about methods used or dissatisfied with results of any session, please let KN know how your experience can be improved. Feedback is welcome!
